Bring the Fight

Arica Underwood was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She attended Washington Park Elementary School, then Walnut Hills High School.  She earned her Bachelor's of Art degree from Tuskegee University.  She earned her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.  

Arica has been a criminal lawyer since 1997 and tried her first felony jury trial in 1998.  She has been a consistently fierce advocate for her clients since that first acquittal.  Arica is a former public defender who was well known for vigorously defending her indigent clients.  Since starting her private practice Arica has focused her practice as a criminal lawyer and a family law attorney.  Arica believes it is important to explain the legal process and fight to get the result her client wants.
